Fertility Education and Medical Management
What is FEMM?
FEMM is a comprehensive women’s health program, founded in 2012. This method of fertility awareness teaches women how their reproductive cycle works and how to monitor your hormones and track your biomarker signs using the cervical mucus method and Luteinizing Hormone “LH” testing. The goal of FEMM education is to provide comprehensive healthcare and fertility education to all women from puberty to menopause.
Our hormones govern our bodies, therefore, learning about your reproductive hormones and being educated on how to identify hormonal shifts (such as ovulation) is a key component of understanding your health and reaching your specific fertility goals.
Who is FEMM for?
Anyone who wants to learn about their cycle!
Whether you are simply seeking to learn how to chart for health, coming off of hormonal birth control, manage painful periods, avoid or achieve pregnancy, (whatever your need is!) this can all be done through fertility education and tracking your cycle, naturally.
Symptoms such as:
painful periods, heavy bleeding, intense mood swings, etc., are not normal, and can be managed and restored by getting to the root of the issue and taking natural steps to heal your body.
FEMM also offers a medical management component. FEMM educators can refer women after the program to FEMM medical providers for diagnostic testing and treatment if hormonal disorders are identified.
